Living our Emotions

One of the major parts of reclaiming our Spark and our femininity is living our emotions.  

Finding a safe space where our walls can come down.  Our “façade” can be taken down for even just a little moment. 


Living our emotions doesn’t mean to cry all day.

It means accepting what comes up.  


  • Sadness

  • Anger

  • Fear

  • Anxiety

  • Any emotion


Living those emotions, is OKAY.  IT’S OKAY!


Give yourself a set amount of time, that you can live this said emotion and live it to the fullest.  

That is the best was forward.  Any bottled up emotions will soon make it’s way up to the surface in an unpredictable way.  

Men should also be called to feel their emotions.  It creates an even closer bond in relationships.  


Living our emotions allows to create space to keep moving forward.  Leaving it in, leaves heaviness and a feeling of not feeling seen and understood.  Even if you live this emotion on your own, you will feel seen and understood.  Your inner child will thank you and the current version of yourself will thank you for giving her the space to be her true self.  


Slowly you will feel your Spark Emerging.  Your Femininity will start glowing and your can move forward with the rest of your day.


A Sparkling Woman is a Woman that’s Happy, Fulfilled and in her Divine Feminine.  


REMEMBER:  Give yourself a select amount of time to live.  Don’t dwell on it all day.  Too much can lead to feeling like a victim and carry an even heavier burden.  Once your time is over, put on a song a RISE LIKE THE PHOENIX, once again.
