No Judgement

Judgement is a lack of personal confidence and knowledge in yourself and others.
“If you only knew...” is the answer to a judgement.
Knowing the other side of every story help us better understand a person or a situation. It opens our mind to have a better perspective. Judgement is free and hurtful. Who are we to judge anyone or anything. If we can’t be in the shoes of that other person or a situation, (which we could never fully really be able to be in someone else’s shoes) we’ll probably have a different outlook on the matter and therefor we should refrain from judgement.
No judgement means LOVE. It means being open minded and being being caring.
Why not mind our own business. We don’t need to give our opinion on everything to everyone. More often than not, it is more helpful, productive and positive thank digging your heals in deep and being judgemental and too opinionated.
Did you know... It takes less muscles to smile and frown?
So let’s all LOVE and CARE for one another. Life will be more light and freeing.
Have you heard the saying: Turn your tongue 7 times inside your mouth before speaking?
Not everything needs to be said out loud! Keep your thoughts and judgement to yourself. Learn to care for yourself and others.
REFLECTIONS:
What do you find yourself having judgement for?
Why? Where does it come from? Do you deeply feel this way, or is it something you were taught?
How could you see this judgement in a more positive light?
