THE MIND - THE BODY - THE SOUL - THE MIND - THE BODY - THE SOUL - THE MIND
Living a balanced life means giving your mind, your body and your soul all it needs to thrive. In a world, like the one we live in today, it is hard to balance and give our mind, body and soul what it truly needs to be fully balanced, healthy and fulfilled.
However some small changes can be made to allow you to give yourself a boost. A step up. A first step forward.
All those steps are amazing to take. But consistency is what’s the hardest. We have the best will in the world to change our life. We have amazing ideas, books, videos, momentum, and more to give ourselves a fresh start, a glimmer of light of possibility to relive and be reborn.
The second we take on a step that just a little too big, it will work, but only temporary.
The key to success is to be constant. Change along the way, but never give up on our main goal. Easier said than done, I can hear you all from a distance!!
YES IT IS POSSIBLE!
You don’t need to go to the gym 3 times a week to be fit.
You don’t need a crazy diet to lose weight.
You don’t need to do meditation everyday to feel connected.
You don’t need to do Breathing Exercices everyday to calm your nervous system.
You don’t need a week holiday in the sun to feel refreshed.
You simply need constance. One Step at a time.
If you want to be more fit and calmer, healthier and more refreshed, make 1 little change to your routine to start.
15 minutes a day, every day. (morning or end of the day). Stretch. Breath. And do 3 exercices. EVERYDAY for 30 days. Only 15 minutes a day. It will change your life.
You Heard me (Read me) right.
15 minutes per day or ME Time. Repeated for 30 days or MORE. Incorporate it in your routine. Make it part of your everyday life. Something that makes you feel good.
Stretching is NOT demanding. It is NOT hard and it calms the Mind, body and Soul.
Start with that and maybe the inspiration of more will come to you.
You Mind, Body and Soul will want more. If not, just keep those 15 minutes of stretching. You Deserve it.
Living a Balanced Life is all about prioritizing ourselves, to better serve others.
The Mask on the plane has to be put on ourselves first before helping others, right?! So is our daily life. Give yourself the chance to be the best version of yourself to others, by giving to yourself first.
REFLECTIONS:
Who do you give to the most normally?
When, in your day, will you be incorporating those 15 minutes?
Are you scared of incorporating it? If so, why?
