Forgiving... Forgiveness...
It’s a big one. By holding on the anger and pain, you are creating a world or pain for yourself and not the person who hurt you.
It doesn’t mean you’ll forget what happened, but forgiving, means accepting what is and knowing that it’s in the past. Live the emotions that comes with that pain. Once you’ve lived all the emotions and gave yourself grace to heal, forgiving is the next right step to allow yourself peace and sanity.
You may have been hurt by people close to you. You may have been hurt by people you didn’t know.
I’m sorry this happened to you. You didn’t deserve that. REALLY!
In life in order to live a life fulfilled, in the present and with a lighter heart, you need to forgive.
4 people you need forgive in order to change your life and live in the present.
Parents (Living or Past away)
Marriages and Relationships from the past
Everyone else in your life that have hurt you in any way
Yourself
Stop carrying these people and moments with you. They are a weight you don’t need.
SAY THE WORDS:
“I forgive you for everything and I wish you well.”
REFLECTIONS:
Who do you need to forgive? (name as many as you need)
Why do you want to forgive them?
Why is forgiving so hard for me?
Do the ritual of forgiving each of them. Write 1 letter to all of them, and burn it
