A Life Changing Moments - A LIFEQUAKE

Throughout your lifetime you will encounter a few life changing moment. Pivotal moments that will change the course of your life and redefine who you are partially or entirely. Bring you back on your life course of simply take you off it completely.

It may align you in a completely different direction you've never thought about or one you never dared to take, but you are now forced into.

Is it a new encounter, a new relationship, a mid life crisis, a new job, a new idea or a phase of your life that is ending and changing? There are so many ways for a Life Changing moments to peak its nose in your life. It will always be a surprise. An unexpected event that came in a moment that seemed quite banal, but flipped it on its head completely.

How will you face this event? How can see the light at the other end of the tunnel? How long does it take for the Life Changing Event to show the good that comes of it?

A life changing event has an immediate effect on collapsing everything you know into the unknown. Make you feel shaken to the core and not know how to proceed with it. Fear can emerge. Anxiety can surface. Thrill or even extreme joy. Such strong feelings that it unbalances you from your axis.
